The following details the card network policies for GetScaled Inc.

What we sell – GetScaled is a consumer activation platform that engages users via AI-customized, CAN-SPAM compliant, email communication. We do not charge for access to our data, and only charge based on the volume of emails sent. Our pricing model is based on a standard media buying structure of CPM (Cost Per Thousand) messages sent. Our precise costs vary from industry to industry, so submit a contact request in order to receive a customized quote.

Our purchase currency – GetScaled operates primarily within the United States, and therefore all pricing is based on the US Dollar.

Fulfillment policies:

  • Refund policy — Refunds for GetScaled services are available via a request submitted via sending an email to support@getscaled.com. All refund requests will be reviewed and responded to within 72 business hours.
  • Delivery policy — GetScaled delivers campaign update reporting via customer-specific performance dashboards. If for any reason you do not have access to your dashboard, simply emailsupport@getscaled.com
  • Return policy – As a service-based organization, returns are not eligible. However, if you would like to request a refund of payments made, simply email support@getscaled.com
  • Cancellation policy — Campaigns can be canceled at any time during the contracted campaign period with 30 days written notice. Simply email support@getscaled.com in order to cancel your campaign.

Legal restrictions – As an upstanding member of the media delivery community, GetScaled Inc. will not engage in any activity that violates CAN-SPAM, COPPA, CCPA, or GDPR regulations.

Special Promotions – GetScaled does not offer special promotions or discounts unless previously negotiated with specific clients on a case-by-case basis.

Payment methods – GetScaled accepts payments via ACH transfer, or by Visa, Mastercard, or American Express through our payment processing provider Stripe.
